Ours has a screen or airtight glass door so depending on outside temps, I can use it to heat the whole house. Fan comes on when the box hits a certain temp.

Haven’t heard from Hal, but I wasn’t here much today.

As for TVs above a fireplace, you have to look up at it because it’s not at eye level. Makes no sense to me.

Plus if you actually use the fireplace it melts your plastic TV.
