1968 Porsche 912 rust
I don't know diddly about Porsche rust. This one is for sale and peaked my interest. Is this MAJOR rust repair? Just looking at it as a driver quality car. I've had a VW bug in the past with the normal rust in the battery area of floor pan. It was still safe enough to drive with just a patch in place. Is this a structure attachment area?
The price is $15k |

the first two photos are definitely structural since it picks up the front control arm.

I've restored a couple old Porsches ('71 and '76) and spent a lot of time doing bodywork on far less rusted cars.
