Of course these would show up in the mail today...despite me canceling the appointment days ago

I know it's just an automated computer thing but geez, talk about twisting the knife...

Today I brought a whole bunch of Cosmo's stuff to the local county animal shelter to donate...3 clean dog beds, numerous kinds of treats, food, etc. There was a family there adopting a dog...it was difficult watching them pick through his old things but then I thought about how happy their new pet will be to make use of it all.
