Is the entrance to your property posted no-enter? Is there a closeable gate at the entrance? If so, can you post a camera at that entrance and catch him opening your gate against a no-entry sign? Might be able to pick up a license plate too!

put up some game cams while we were out of town. just downloaded the pics this morning.

had another camera looking back at this area, and he didn't go far enough to trigger that one, so he didn't go far after this one was taken.

alarm never set off, nothing out of place or missing when we got back. and had a neighbor who walked over every few days too (caught his pic too, this isn't him.).

suspiciously closed hands....

maybe i'll forward to the sheriffs dept.

Looks like there's something written on his shirt on the left side, like a his name or the name of a company. Can you blow it up and read it?

nope, not the meter reader, he was due on the 10th, and would only walk as far as the meter (he's lazy and busy), and per the bill we got, he did read the meter on the 10th.

the writing on the shirt is too fuzzy to make out. tried that already.

i did forward to the sheriff dept. non-emergency email addy. got an auto reply, they'll get back to me in 1-3 days.

buy more guns?! uh....ok! got 2 new last month. what do you suggest????

looking down the driveway, not visible from that camera, is our gate. it was closed when we left, and closed when we got home, and our neighbor, who walked the property several times, reported nothing amiss. you need the remote or a 4 digit code to open the gate. our house number is clearly visible on the gate in 2 places. so he had to park at the gate and walk about 100 yards to get to that point. this isn't lost, this is intentional.

It looks like Mike Roth.
He works for ADT or some such company like that.
He is my wife's cousin.
The company that he works for has our downtown building's security account too.
I wonder what he's doing there.....

The code is not your birthday, is it? Or something easily guessed? Might want to change it.

So he hopped the gate or hacked your code? Or is there another method like an rf remote control operator?

it's just a vehicle gate, you can walk around it.

Based on his clothing he appears to be someone working and not just a random person. Do you have power lines that they might have been inspecting? That looks too close to a uniform than street clothes.
