I'm not sure if everyone understands the implications of this stupidity. No matter what side you are on this does irreparable damage to the way News Organizations do business with the exceptions of State run Media like CNN,MSDNC ,ABC. etc.

I'm sure you know way more about the details of this case than Fox's extremely high paid lawyers who greenlighted the settlement. Please share with us your vast amount of knowledge that they didn't have.

Seems to me if you hold news agencies accountable for reporting facts they admit they knew weren't true, that kind of puts everyone on notice. They settled out of court because they knew they were caught, not just to avoid a larger settlement. In fact many legal experts have said there was no way they would have received what they were asking for anyways.

Faux News did their listeners a disservice by telling them only what they wanted to hear to placate their base. In fact, if there was fraud committed by Dominion, Faux News did the nation a disservice by lying about it rather than presenting a case with proof to back up their claim. They have single handedly shut down the public discussion concerning Dominion and given the topic a sense of having no credibility.

All this and they paid a record judgement to accomplish this. The right should be angry but not at Dominion rather they should be angry at Faux News and those that presented an argument to their listeners that they themselves knew to be false.
