We've had a couple of local fatal accidents here with illegals. They were arrested and ICE placed a hold on them. They got deported and never faced any criminal or civil charges for their actions. Probably already back over here driving the roads again. It was something to do with the DA not filing charges before the ICE hold was placed.

The ICE hold has nothing to do with the DA filing charges. DA is/was ****ing lazy and stupid. SOB should have been charged, convicted, sentenced and served every minute of any sentence available prior to deportation. System is designed to benefit the illegal.

Ran into this years ago with an illegal alien caught with 35 pounds of marijuana. Was convicted and sentenced to 30 years imprisonment, with the imprisonment being only until he could be deported back to his home country. Actually served about two months. Local attorney says, why should we pay for him to be incarcerated when he can be deported? I say, why should he get a break when your kid or my kid would have to serve the 30 years? I hope he came back and moved into the house between the judge and the attorney and screwed both of their daughters.

Our current president and congress wants to make all of them legal and registered voters. What country, eh?

I had to go back and search for it. Here is one of the accidents I was talking about. I think ICE has done this twice in this area.

It is not an isolated incident. The county I live in has been turning over illegal cases for a long time to the feds, but it has not resulted in the deportation of criminal illegals. This guy was on his third DUI when he finally killed somebody. The sisters have shown a much greater compassion than I am capable of.
