I'd be cheaper to build a still and make some "pool cleaner"...
Had to clean a couple gutters I forgot about.

Made some breakfast for lunch... Wasn't bad.

Time to hide from the heat.

99 here dew point 75 now... Only feels like 112.i believe it.

Had ac in living room in 70s for mom downstairs. Whole house ac installed around 80 or so. Open the windows and fan in each one(bedrooms were upstairs) and sweat.. Or go sleep in basement which i did alot.

I went to another interview yesterday, not as close to home, but a position closer to my experience. A call back today, they what me to sit down with a couple of people higher in the food chain, scheduled for Friday. It turns out I have worked for a subsidiary of the main holding company in 2012, when they helped me liquidate my shop and move projects & people into their group.

I was just interested in a QC position, where I can teach machinists, and keep the company out of trouble. Looks like because of the rapid growth of the group, they have other options to talk about?
I don't know if I should be excited, or not, I've already climbed that ladder, and really don't miss the associated stress.
The people have been very receptive so far, and I feel a good vibe!

Storm pretty much over. Daughter wo power till 6AM. Her kid, my G-daughters 1st day of Kindergarten is tomorrow. Will be interesting needless to say
