we do 'fancy' b-fast once a week, sat or sun, rest of the time is cereal/oatmeal and coffee, maybe banana too.

Yeah, I've been on a bread making binge lately. I'm thinking cinnamon raisin bagels for tomorrow. I go through at least 5 pounds of flour a week now.
