What were the ACTUAL numbers for the low cylinders?

This might get you through 2020 and deal with it next year.

Make sure valves are adjusted and compression isn't being lost there.

Hmmm... That's not a bad idea... A 460 with EFI might get us 10 MPG. An LS3 will easily get us 30MPG and the drivability will be unreal.
