FBI Comey just rewrote the law!

The law does not require proof of intent or non-intentional reasons. It's enough that the law was violated.

He just gave us the fact that they found her careless actions violated the law. The law was still violated and he was bound under the law to forward the case for charges to be filed. That is the FBI's responsibility. Investigate if the law was broken, and if it was, to request charges against the lawbreaker. Simple.

You know, I didn't realize how truly angry I would be when ole shitbag got off. I spent a lot of time working and holding a clearance. I've seen plenty of daily, monthly, and yearly reminders of what to do with classified info and the consequences for not following those rules. This is exactly right, no need for the hat. Everybody in the administration that dealt with her knew she didn't use a state.gov e-mail account. Everybody that sent a classified e-mail knew it as well, and still sent classified stuff to her. There are so many unnamed co-conspirators in this, who knows how far down the rabbit hole it goes. Definitely to Obama, unless we are saying O never sent one e-mail to his secretary of state.

Let me put a different spin on this. What if Comey was told that there would be no charges filed against Billary. So he goes out and has the press conference to lay out all the laws she broke, and then does what he was told to do. But in holding the press conference, he gets the details of what they found out.

Still it's a travesty of justice, and just goes to show that all are equal, but some are more 'equal' than others.

I thought about this a lot. Senior military personnel would be censored - basically ending their career, but no IG enamored court case. FBI could have censored HB and forced the Dems to acknowledge a person that couldn't see classified documents. Thereby saying HC was unfit to be President. That is what I'm pissed about.
