I would think it impossible to find your own interpretation offensive. You are seing what you choose to see and then put off by it?

I see a sad mother and a child that has passed. The reason the child passed is irrelevant and not part of the message.

I guess the pet "Rainbow Bridge" is offensive because people have euthanized their animals.
