I know a dood, somewhat of a friend, not a good friend, been with Ford 10+years, works in the Auto Drive Division, says he will NEVER buy a Ford with autodrive.
His claims to fame is at least 100 geese killed at Ford Testing Grounds; geese are too low to detect.

TBH, the C8 is crazy with the bells and whistles. Pretty overwhelming with the sometimes useless choices. I just wanna make the side mirrors point down in reverse. WTF? That's on the infotainment screen?

My 2002 Passat had that feature, simply adjusted the mirror while in reverse gear and it remembered.

A Ford Mustang is out of control with the elderly driver unconscious due to a medical episode and is speeding towards a school bus at a deadly speed. Both vehicles under autonomous AI control. Who gets saved ? Something to think about.

Auto braking isn't the same as self driving.

My caddies from the mid 90 had reverse mirror option so they'd tilt down.
