Why do they call them Rockfish in the Chesapeake? Confused the crap out of me coming from CA. We had Stripers as in Striped Bass, and Rockfish were a group of bottom dwelling saltwater species.

Having said that, if you ever make it to Falls Church, VA and get a chance to go to Rabieng's Thai, this is the best fish dish I've ever had...
