"The numbers are the numbers" is ridiculous. The reasons are EVERYTHING.

Not to mention DEI means the typically unemployable, get to contribute to the number.

Layoff 30 manufacturing employees and hire 28 to flip burgers and the numbers look good. Nothing positive was accomplished however.

Biden sucks ass and I DGAS what the numbers indicate to you. He sucks, period. There is NOTHING, ZERO, ZILCH positive about any moment since his election. Nothing.

More numbers for you, through December of 2020 175,000 manufacturing jobs beyond the pre pandemic high have been created. A total of 589,000 manufacturing jobs were recovered during the same time period in addition to the 175,000.

Anyone can look these numbers up.

Manipulated data is bullshit. I can look up the existence of Bigfoot too. Doesn't make it real or accurate.

Exactly, don't like the data just say it's rigged. Sound familiar?

By your standard NOTHING will be considered factual unless it matches your opinion. Life doesn't always work that way. You go looking for zebras and you'll find zebras.

Wrong. If I see it on the MSM, I assume it to be bullshit. Has nothing to do with my opinion. It has everything to do with the MSM being a collective of lying bastards.

No.
Menial and entry level jobs are just that.
Ditch digging and burger flipping are not jobs that you should plan on to buy a home and raise a family. Only a liberal would think otherwise.

Minimum wage =$15 an hour. So the non skilled guy who was previously working for $7 becomes a logistical whirlwind, or is it just the same guy making double with no increase in output ? The team leader who worked his way into a $15 an hour position loses his team lead and just becomes another worker. So the production stays the same for one, decreases from another due to dissatisfaction.

For someone that was bragging about how well your 401K was doing (corporations) you sure want them to fail because of labor costs.

$15 an hour has been the best thing for China since Nixon.

The guy that worked his way to team leader still can't live on $15.00 hour. Look, I had thousands of employees working for me at a time, both salaried and hourly. I understand P&L's and how to make a buck and was quite successful at it. I also know the cost of turnover and how it affects a company's bottom line or how inefficient a person is when they're working another job or two just to keep up.

The gap needs to be closed a bit, that's all I'm saying.

Wrong-o.

All that is needed is an understanding that fast food is NOT a career and is meant to acclimate the average basement dwelling gamer to the world of responsibility. It is a suck job because it is supposed to motivate you to better yourself to do more and be more.

A 10 year anniversary pin at Burger Shack-o-Rama is a certificate of failure in life.

You want to MAKE more, then BE more. I did not start bussing tables at 15 and think "Ah yes, this is it. I finally made it". I also didn't buy a car or house that my wages could not support and then blame the JOB for not paying enough.

Fkn lazy loser idiot snowflake weak ass punk shit-bags that want everything handed to them. Fk'm.

Last week I didn't have to look anything up. I listened to Biden's speech about how great the economy was and how cheap food, energy, and housing was. Then I went to the store and bought food. And got gas. And paid my electric bill. And found out otherwise.

This is about a year after he called me a domestic terrorist for being a Republican.

He needs to be tarred and feathered and executed in public for treason. **** Joe Biden. And **** anybody who supports him.

The fact that Taurus thinks raising the minimum wage for interim beginning jobs tells me he doesn't understand basic economics, and, at this stage, never will. Like all Democrats, he votes with emotion and not intellect. Nothing to be gained by arguing with him. May as well argue with Whoopie Goldberg.

100% agreement.

Even posting emojis seems like too much time and effort, all things considered.
