79, 100% sure. Every number on the right is 11 more than the last one, when counting by ones on the left. 116 = 68, so 117 = 79.

3rd digit of the left number is first digit of right number.
Sum of digits of left number is second digit of right number.

That's how I see the pattern. 116 would be 68.

The numbers on the left of the equal sign make up an integer list.

The numbers to the right are following a pattern. The first digit, in the tens position, follow 1 through 7 in progression. The numbers in the units position also increase by one, starting with 3.
