I don't have anything both ways, I just suggest and send info.

Yes, I organize, not lead.
Yes, I select the establishment, but not lead.
Yes, I select the time, but not lead.

One thing you keep forgetting, this is voluntary, no one is ordered to participate. If these folks want to follow my suggestions, that's on them.
But lead anyone? That would fall under someone who is either commissioned, sworn, or in a position of leadership with subordinates that have to take orders........I'm in neither of those positions.
