Factory resistor ignition wire on '72
How much of a problem is this going to be now that I've switched to HEI? My'69 Camaro had a resistor block that I removed, so no problem. Should I just run another wire off the fuse block, take my chances, or what. Someone here has to have experienced this. Hook a brother up!! TIA!

When switching a points style car to HEI, I remove the resistor wire and run a new 12V from the same spot on the fuse block. If you run the resistor wire, the car will load up and run awful due to weak spark.
