As regards "normal" people, that's a 2022 study, quarantines and masks were history. Even so I believe it's still reasonable to assume the behavior of a person with no shots verses one with shots accounts for some significance. But stretching this out to cover people with a differing number of shots? That's beyond problematic. The correlation is too perfect of a predictor to be attributed to random human behavior and IMO the numbers fit too good to argue with in the manner you've presented.
