Allright, I'm sipping on some cheap whiskey...

Heather went back east for a few days, so I'm picking up the slack for her business doing jobs and stuff that came up sort of unexpectedly. Putting Dixie down on Tuesday, really kind of effed me up, but life goes on. And we have responsibilities to take care of.

I have a job through Monday afternoon for the busines, despite working my regular full time gig. So it has been nuts, actually the last two weeks have been really almost too much to handle as far as work and personal issues go.

Despite all that, my back is FUBAR, and it's a struggle to get anything done right now. I did bust ass today though, the two jobs for her, still doing laundry, yard work (raking, trimming), and grocery shopping. I still need to cook a small meal for myself tonight.

Her car is disgustingly filthy right now, my Sunday plan was to wash it, and I'm debating on going out there and vacuuming it right now, but I'm worn the fuk out. I wanted to take a hot bath tonight for my back...Have another 4:30am wake up tomorrow.

Make it Stop. Please.

No, usually only during the week. Unless some catastrophic event happens, or it's prescheduled for a 'perceived' catastrophic event.

I actually haven't been called to do something on the weekend since last year, so that's good.

Heather's business is Petsitting/Dog Walking. She won 2014 Business of the year with the National Association of Professional Petsitters. Never a dull moment, I help her out when I can, at least it's a little pocket money from time to time.

She has one full time employee, and three part timers. The job I am doing right now is a 'big wig' that's involved with the SOCAL NCRS club chapter, so I always like doing that one, since it's the Vette connection, and he likes me and trusts me in his house.

You should see what is in his garage.

BTW, I've been going down around Dickens Street in Sherman Oaks for these jobs. So I've basically been down there every day for two weeks, outside of last weekend, small break in the action.

Yesterday I almost got out of my car and punched somebody. I'll leave it at that. (I didn't).

I haven't been in a Chopper since 08, but I was in a Bell 206 Jetranger for my copter work. I'm the 'voice', I don't drive 'em. Been in a plane since then. Started in airplanes. I can fly them, but I'm not licensed. Almost 15 years of flying around, sure I have driven them and landed etc. I could EASILY get my ticket, just have no desire to do so. When you go to work all day in an aircraft, getting back in one for 'fun' is sort of not fun.

R44's are cool though, Robinson is even making a turbine copter now, the R66.

Never ridden in an R44, messed around in an R22 with a friend a few years ago, but going into that thing after coming out of a Jetranger was a bit...Odd.

Hey Kerm, sent you a PM, it's a 61 not a 62. I should know better, since the 62 is one of my favorite Vette's ever.
