tastes like sweet milk... it's kinda "ugh" warm, but if you refridgerate it, it's not too bad.
Def. sweeter then cows milk, and not "gamey" like goats milk.

The fat content is really low, so you can't make butter out of it though.

Pretty much sums up my experience with it also, except never tried it cold.
