got a notice in the mail, a former employer (last there in 1993) has a class action against their 401k plan, class action settlement calls for everyone 'harmed' by conduct of the employer to split in some complicated way $18,500,000. sweet, i might get enough out of this to cover my next oil change!!

should have a check by 2nd or 3rd quarter this year.
