I feel better about ours. Mine was 2.19% of my quarterly pay. The rest of the last year we averaged 6% Performance Pay. They did push off our merit pay raises this year from March to June.

My health insurance went up last year. The additional $54 pay cut was effective last Oct 1. I didn't factor that in. Glad to have a job.

Like so many others, I'm glad to just have a job and able to pay my bills.
Even the legal profession has suffered in this economy, plus increased competition to cut fees. I don't expect anyone to feel sorry for me, just pointing out that we're all in the same boat. It's tough out there.
