They are. But compare fine table salt to kosher salt. A "grain" of salt could be a cube six or seven atoms on a side, or a "grain" three millimeters on a side.

Think of them like diamonds. They can be tiny as in microscopic or the size of a small rock. They are all crystals of diamond.

I hope you wash them during those 5 years

Himalayan pink salt from a mine tastes better than regular old table salt made in a lab or wherever they make it. We use it almost exclusively in cooking and on the table. JMHO YMMV STFU GTFO
It's from Iran

Virtually all of it is mined in the Punjab region of Pakistan.

We used to represent the family that held most of the leases on the mines and they accounted for about 90% of the Himalayan salt sold in the world.

I won't cover how the medical community has refused to acknowledge their research on the health benefits, particularly in lowering blood pressure in 100% of their 100 person study group.
They agreed to fund the study in full and have been told no everywhere they've gone.

Anything Progressive insurance puts out. The radio ads are particularly annoying.

Insurance commercials except for some State Farm and Allstate. The "Go Elvis on the TV" award probably goes to Geico.

There are many minerals in Himalayan salt; harvested from mines etc

Table salt is basically lab manufactured and cooked at high temps with nasty chemicals. That's why it spikes your blood pressure; we can't metabolize it in that form.

Got a few hundred pounds of it if you're ever in the area. Be glad to hook you up with some.
Scott
Thanks, but I don't use table salt for anything, unless a recipe calls for it.
