Doesn't matter if you are a stockholder, if you've been a member for 10 years, given cash St Judes, volunteered your time or are a supporting member. They can ban you for what ever reason they want. Ask Joecooool.

IB owns CF - but the admins and most of the mods have autonomy to run the site however they see fit, as long as it shows a profit.

Part of the reason IB makes money is they have no labor costs for their frontline employees. They are all volunteers. Instead of cash, those guys get to exercise all the power they want over their little virtual world. I think the tech wienies keeping the forum up and running almost 75% of the time are the only ones who get paid.
