Default C8 Vaporized a C7 ZR1
Still watching Cleetus McFarland's first ever spectator drags, which he ended up putting up on youtube for free, and the C7 ZR1 and the C8 ended up in the finals together. C8 for the win, despite a 265 hp deficit.

I'm sure you can elaborate, but I saw somewhere that GM folks said they pretty much had done everything they could to the car performancewise as long as the engine was up front, and the old ZR1 was pretty much a waste of $$$ vs the Z06 until they were able to source some stickier tires. It's really amazing how much they were able to wring out of the C7. I can't wait ti see what they can do to the C8.
