We finally launched our Kickstarter campaign to raise money to pay the musicians to do the Christmas Album - An Austin Blue Christmas.

Jimmie V. is in! I talked to him last week and he is fired up and bringing some of his band with him (Tilt A Whirl)

I also met Delbert McClinton on Saturday and told him there's an open door - he seemed interested and was super cool.

We are trying to rally to get to our goal within the next few days to create momentum. I put in $1,000.00 but anything helps. We have a $10 contribution level too.

Actually some very cool rewards including a clear blue vinyl pressing (only 50)

Check it out - note the Guy Forsyth and Pete Monfre Make You Dinner Reward.. Seriously - Guy and I will host 8 people here in Austin, make dinner and perform.

I just put in 11 hours today n client work and promotion. Whew. It’s gonna be like this for 30 days.

Stuck at $2762.00

I need to get the artists promoting to their audiences. I picked a shitty time to do this. I have so much work and a hugely stressful client that is setting off my Crohns.

Broke the $3k mark!

Just $2500 to go and we meet our low number. We want to push that to $12k.

I’m working people who can drop $500-$1000 on it to keep pushing it up.

BTW, I’m taking $0 in compensation for my work on this project.

The Mansion Party will be in June. We are trying to set a date now. It is being organized by a guy who is worth 100's of millions - we hope to get a room full of power players mixed with the artists to bring these two powerful forces together. And get drunk together.
