Default I think I'm about to die from gluttony
Here at work there was a special event going on. We haven't had a food truck on this campus in many years, but there was one today.

I got the biggest cheeseburger and fries covered in nacho cheese. Even with two Mountain Dews in my system, I can't stay awake and think I'm on the verge of death. Ughh.....

A good piece of beef has never been refused by me.

The key is spreading it out, I had eggs and turkey sausage and fish and chicken and turkey chili this week, so now this weekend I can dine on beef.

My attitude is not abstinence, it is variety, and reward yourself for good behavior,,, may have some peanut M&Ms when I get home!!

It was the carbohydrates that made you sleepy, despite the caffeinated drinks. Have you checked your A1C lately?

had blood work last week. will find out results today. If I don't eat regularly, my hands get to shaking so bad I can barely hold a pen and write with it. A glass of OJ helps even when I eat and start with the shakes. Gotta feeling the news is gonna be what I think it is and hopefully, I can control it with pills instead of daily shots.
