This will be second time.

First time:
Shortly after moving back to FL a subcontractor that I didn't have prior experience with came to me after finishing the install of a new water heater.
He went to play with Turbo before leaving.
Turbo was on a leash and in front of me. As soon as Turbo touched him, he fell to the ground saying "I'm suing you!"

It was clear that this was bullshit!
I offered medical attention & he refused.
I wanted to see the bite mark & he refused but finally agreed after I agreed to not record with my phone

I spent a night of him calling & texting me while clearly messed up. I don't know if it was drugs or alcohol but I saved the messages for proof of this craziness.

He called animal control the following day who met with me & Turbo. They ended up telling me that they could tell from meeting with him that this was bullshit but legally were required to meet with me & Turbo.
They ended up telling me that they weren't going to bother processing the paperwork as it was clearly bullshit.

He confessed to me later that he was hard-up for money and just wanted a quick $10k. Then he asked if I'd give home $1k or even $500 to help pay his bills.
SERIOUSLY?! You called animal control on my puppy. You tried to extort me for $10k & now you're asking if I'll just hand you money.
Adios loser.


I'll type the current bullshit story later/tomorrow.
