Finally got hit by a dog
On my way to do a few errands the neighbor's dog decided to chase my car. He was going a little too fast and smacked into the side of the car. Looked in the rear view mirror and saw him get up and ran back to his house.
He decided to not try to chase my car when I was returning home. Maybe he learned his lesson. |

We had a dog when i was a kid that use to chase cars. It would take bites at the tires. One day he got a good bite and that was the end of our dog.

I launched the neighbors dog off into the woods years back... Made them buy new clips for my bumper it broke. Dog was fine surprisingly as we went 30 ft easy in the air. I've had a few actually run into side of car also...

My 110 lb male Doberman named Koki was so excited to for for a ride in the pickup truck, he didn’t wait for me to get the door opened……He slammed into the door and put a huge dent in it! The dent is still there! lol 😂

Hit a Blue Tick Hound down South. Saw it running for the road at full gallop. Locked up the brakes and skidded to a stop all the way over onto the opposite shoulder. Just barely clipped it in the head. Saw the dog spinning in the rearview Didn't get out to help, no idea how bad it was hurt, if it might attack. Just sat there looking at it in the mirror feeling bad. First thought was broken neck but then it struggled a few times to get up and finally did so I drove on.

Got bit by a loose German Shepard on the buttock riding my bike delivering newspapers - the dog owner was a well known neighborhood @hole. Dad was out of town. My 5'4" Irish Mom went down to that house and let's just say I saw a side of her I didn't know existed.

I was a construction worker at the time on quite possibly the biggest job in the country (South Mall Albany NY) I was assigned to park at this lot at the top of a steep street. This man used to walk his dog in the area and as I was ridding my MC the dog would snap at my legs. I almost dumped the bike a couple times. Asked him to control his dog but the guy had a attitude and being he was about 80 I could not hit him.
Coming into the lot the dog again went after me. I gunned the bike a little and forced the dog over a bit but he still was snapping at me. Sped the bike up a little more to keep the dog from looking ahead. I just skinned by the side of the guard shack and the dog ran head first into it, He hit hard and knocked him out for a little while. The old guy was very pissed but I just told him to go phuck yourself you had been warned that your dog was going to cause a accident. You would not do anything about it so I did! Dog never chased me again! |
