...and if that is the case, she better take a look at the laws before going after that one. They were of course written to protect the minors from others, but as far as I know, there isn't an exception for taking a picture of yourself. SHE could very well end up being just as guilty of child pornography for the act of taking the picture as the hacker is for distributing it.

I'd be willing to bet that making that claim was the quickest way to get the pics taken down. I would be that the date stamp on the original pics show otherwise, less she open her self up for prosecution
