Geez Louise. I should have been home checking on threads instead of in dental surgery. It surely would have been more fun!

Sassy...If you don't like the "vette lifestyle" why do you keep your vettes and mention them fairly often? I don't get that, but I also think the term "vette lifestyle" is totally stupid, so I guess I'm with you there after all!

I know Snide wants a c3 to tinker on really badly, as he sends me links to ones for sale several times a week. So if the two of you are dating, sounds like a match to me!

If you're NOT dating, then who the heck has Snide got changing his sheets, cooking for him, mowing his lawn and washing his panties???

33 years ago when we bought our house, my wife of only a few months asked if she could mow the grass.

Being the typical Midwest young male who mowed yards for a living and forced labor at the parents home, I had no issues with her request.

Fortunately for me, she grew up with two older brothers. When she asked to help mow, (she really loves to do this) her dad would tell her “It’s the boys job, go inside and help your mother”.

Because of her older brothers, she was into cars. She was driving a 1967 Marina Blue Malibu when I met her.

Our C5 is her daily driver.

Unless she was down due to illness, I have never had to do any housework, even when I told her that I would help out. She insists that if I can bring home the vast majority of our household income, (about 80%) and she only worked part-time. (2 ½ days a week). She would take care of our home.

But, I do ALL the maintenance and improvements to the home so it works out.

Did I mention that she likes to paint also.
