My guess is 2015. There are a lot of apps now that people are using to apply these retro filters to pics in order to capture the look and feel to old film cameras.

First Pic is dated to 1903. The lady in the pic was named Evelyn Nesbit, she was sort of a 'Supermodel' of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. She had an interesting life for sure. Read about the "Trial of the Century" on her wiki page:

It's weird how her hair is so dark in the B&W pics but is straw blonde in the color ones.
