I've maintained 165 since the diet ended and been able to lose 2% body fat. I swim at lunch during the week and lift kettlebells at home in the evenings. I have weekly checkups with my nurse to make sure I'm not letting myself go. I'm still getting used to the lifestyle change, but loving the results.

And.................still maintaining my clothing size/weight.

This past weekend was a state-wide tax-free shopping holiday for clothes...just ordered some new shorts and bikinis.

I was a bit hungry so since I made it through the plateau I pushed my average back up over 1700 calories. SUCCESS!!! Still losing.

It is a pain when you hit that stagnant state...I was doing great until I started running and now I cannot gain or lose weight. I am stuck at 182-183 and running about 22 miles a week now.

Last night was the first beer I have had in about a month and after two, I felt drunk. I had to stop for a while before my third beer and gave up after that. I just don't have the craving for booze any more although the fall beers are coming out and I really love a good pumpkin beer once the weather gets cooler. Guess I will wait another month before having another cold one.
