Eh, the intended result of Obamacare is exactly what it happening. The idea was to install Hillary and have her push through single-payer (socialized healthcare) because Obamacare collapsed.

In America we pay nearly 3 times as much for many standard procedures than anyplace else in the world.

Since Medicare/Medicaid America HC not only decoupled with inflation but with the ROW in terms of costs.
