Second car all clean now. I honestly don't think Enterprise added any new inventory in 2020. This Vette has 20k miles and is pretty well used. Not super thrilled with either rental this year.

Personally, I can't stand driving a dirty car. "Clean" to a rental car agency is not clean to a car geek. The wheels were gnarly, so I washed the rims inside and out. I spent $1,500 on this car alone for 3 days. I want it to look like the $175,000 car that it is. Hell, I spent another $81 on supplies today at the auto parts store.

I will be washing and waxing the C7 I pick up on Monday. I keep that one until Sunday the 25th.
Next time you're in Houston, you can "rent" my truck.

Honestly, I hate this car with the top up. The Audi R8 10 Plus, Ferrari 488 Pista, 2020 Corvette and the Mercedes AMG GTR are all WAY more comfortable than the C7. The fact that I can race those WITH a helmet, and my head is squished against the convertible top in the C7 says it all. I've rented a total of 5 C7's out here and I still hate them, but I still like them better than a generic rental car.

Take it back and get the Aston. Or go back to the Maserrari.

I imagine with the top up, you feel like you're wearing a big baseball cap.

Welp...I'm gonna get to wash and wax car #3 tomorrow. GWiz and I parked in the garage at the MGM Grand and proceeded to put the convertible top up. Low and behold a hydraulic line in the roof burst and absolutely drenched GWiz in fluid. I mean we're talking a RIVER of hydraulic fluid dripping from the roof. Car seat was covered.

I thankfully I was only 2.9 miles from the airport location, where they have the rest of the exotics. GWiz stayed behind and went and bought new clothes (yoga pants she had were 1st wear brand new today).

Got the black vert switched out for a red vert with 10k more miles, but it's in WAY better shape, and I fit better. I think the side bolster switch on the black one was broken in the fully blown up mode, hence why I didn't fit well.

More pics tomorrow, but the manager instantly gave me a $150 credit to pay for her clothes. GWiz is going to write a long winded letter to corporate to try and get more money back.

Crazy rental experience all around this time.

Bet on the other color. If you lose, that's it, you're done for the day. Vegas hates you today, go find something else to do. If you win, keep at it.

I've won over $1000 in a single day doing this, average probably $500, and have had only a couple one-and-dones. The fun part is there's always a break between wins as you wait for another table to get to that number of consecutive color-streaks, or move to another casino on your current win-streak. And the most you can lose is that first bet. Of course to you $100 is nothing but that's my max bet period.
Similar to my strategy but if it doesn't hit my color I'm now on a table with 7 in a row. I'll bet my $100.00 + $100.00 more to cover the loss of my last bet.
