My Corvette Club Annual Picnic Menu
Been planning this shindig for several years now, and every year I add more sheit to the menu
 ...here was what we ate this past Sunday (~60 RSVPs):Hand-formed Hamburgers/Cheeseburgers NY-Style Natural Casing Hotdogs & Coneys Johnsonville Brats infused w/Guinness Italian Marinated Chicken Breasts Brown Sugar Baked Beans w/Bacon Old Fashioned Potato Salad French Green Bean Salad Grilled Garlic Potatoes & Summer Squash Grilled Corn on the Cob Chef Salad Creamy Coleslaw Penne Pasta with Tomato, Mozzarella, and Fresh Sweet Basil Vegetable Crudite & Dip Luau Fruit Salad Potato Chips & Dip, Pretzels, Cheese Flight & Crackers Dessert Bar (Tapas Style) - Assorted Cookies, Brownies, Cupcakes, Cheesecake, Eclairs, & Apple Pie Usually I make a lot of the above myself...I am still exhausted.
