When I go to the doctor, my blood pressure is higher, I weigh more and I'm shorter.

I'm on Losartan for BP once daily, 25mg I think. Mine runs considerably higher when I drink, when I lay off the booze and eat healthy it's runs completely normal.

I've heard of using ACV for many things...losing weight, thinning blood, etc...I tried it for awhile, but never noticed any differences. You can also try taking your BP in both arms. You may get a big difference depending on which arm you take it on.

Make sure you use the good stuff. And mix a little local honey in with it

I was on BP medicine since my 20ís (71 now) A few years ago I lost a bunch of weight & changed to about a 99.9% vegan diet, & no longer needed the BP meds.

Iíve never heard of apple cider vinegar helping with BP. If your BP is creeping up for no obvious reason, you may want to get checked by your doc.
