Sunny Isles Beach is running out of sand, easily the most dense city in THE USA for buildings over 400 feet, 25+ including those under construction.
I am not an RE Lawyer, but pretty certain views cannot be protected, only way to ensure is to have an oceanfront / waterfront view.

Not for all, my daughters live in Austin, Denver and Chicago.
The big cities offer great opportunities for the younger, each of my daughters are doing very well in their careers, and have many options for employment if their current one is not meeting their expectations.

I do not want a 50-story tower going up in my neighborhood, but I enjoy going to downtown areas to dine, as the diversity is better than having very few.

I am not ready for the rural lifestyle, as still greatly appreciate the ability to drive only 10 minutes to get anything I want or need.
