Yeah and the market is inflated when government money is thrown into it. Or big corporations purchase a lot property.

I'm not an expert, but your insights are eye-opening. The numbers and predictions are making my head spin! If it really hits 10% or more, yikes! Thanksgiving might have a different vibe this year. The points you made about the Fed, unemployment, and GDP are making me rethink my economics class. It's a bit like a puzzle, and I'm trying to put the pieces together. But hey, I heard Mortgage Broker Lincoln might have some sage advice on navigating these crazy times. Might have to reach out and get some insights.

The 80s were very high interests. People survived, did what was necessary to power through.
6-10 is half of that era.. Not saying it is great, but its what you have to work with. The housing market will adjust or have a bad few years.

In the 80's not only were the rates way high, the points charged up front were also outrageous!

The 70s and 80s are nothing like today. We were still a net exporting nation back then and our overall debt (public/ private) was nothing like today, not even close. Today, according to some sources, over half our jobs are government. Meaning not only unproductive but possibly even counterproductive.

"Let's say this Twinkie represents the normal amount of debt in the World. According to this morning's sample, it would be a Twinkie 35 feet long, weighing approximately 600 pounds."

And all that debt, is someone else’s asset, a giant Ponzi of impossible promises. The Fed is deflating the currency while Fiscal Joe spends like there’s no tomorrow. I think they’re intentionally destroying the system, nobody could possibly be doing this on accident.

I think it is intentional. Greed/Power is the driving force.

Your economics class didn't consider the corruption inherent in the system.

Of course it's intentional. The Democrats have been pining for socialism since Woodrow Wilson. Once they collapse the dollar, wealth accumulated by the bottom half will disappear, making their dream a reality.

As I have repeatedly pointed out, the Commucrat Party is the domestic enemy the Founders were referring to
