I moved up to Northern California from So Cal for a job just before the internet took off. I did not realize that there was a difference in vocabulary there. A good looking young lady drove up on a site Ford Carrier POS. I looked at her and kiddingly said, "Nice short". She immediately looked down at her lap and looked up at me confused since she was wearing long pants. I realized that maybe they did not describe a car as a short up there.

I do not even want to get into the reaction I got when I called the area with the no such agency the same thing as a ghost. I really had to watch what I said up there.

We had a new HR rep come here one time and asked if we hired floaters (meaning temp worked trained in different jobs). After the laughter subsided, I explained to the befuddled lady that around here, a "floater" is what they call a dead body bobbing around in the Rio Grande or one of the canals.......

My pulling mule "Rambo" in his element. 1989 F250 XLT Lariat. 460 EFI with 3:73 gears. Awesome torque, voracious apettite. Doesn't even break a sweat lugging this trailer around, but 9 mpg is as good as it gets.

Great setup Friz. I can see why you like the outdoor kitchen. Ive never seen one like that before. If you feel you need to unload some of them trout I think I can take some off your hands.
