I guess most houses in Florida don't even have a basement you can go to in case of a tornado do they?

Here in the Midwest we have the warning sirens go off fairly regularly in the spring

You're suppose to find the "Safe room" in your house. One without any windows and hide in there.

Plus my house and most of them built after 2005 are CBS and have certain wind resistant roofs.

One flag left, it's current state:



Some canvas ripped open, it's hanging in the boat, guess we should cut opening more often, makes it easier to remove the wrap



We are no long land locked, we have water front property thanks to the flooding. Much easier to test drive






Went checked on my house after the storm, I gotta buy new trash can lids, mine became frisbee's for Mother Nature. Who knows where they ended up. My neighbors yard had my trash Canadian the side of their house.

Confirmed EF1 Tornado hit within 1/2 mile of my brother-in-law's office where my wife works.

Confirmed EF1 tornado rips through roofs in Fort Myers, NWS - NBC-2.com WBBH News for Fort Myers, Cape Coral & Naples, Florida

My sister-in-law and her man friend live in the same neighborhood as what got hit.

Florida doesn't typically get the really bad tornadoes, but we had an EF2 kick the ever living shit out of Cape Coral a few weeks back. El Nino for the MFW.

I'm missing hanging with you fellas, the sunshine and taking the boat over to Monarcas for fish tacos.

My 12 yr old daughter decided to live with us permanently and we have her in a good private school here and she nearly pulled straight As in her first quarter at a challenging school. A damn good trade but I miss the getaway.

We're looking at a couple week gig in St. Maarten in March for a little reprieve.
