So I've been Watching the 1st Season of "CHiPs"

~virtually everyone, including the criminals, are all white
~very few Mexicans, Ponch seems to be the only Puerto Rican
~virtually no black people
~no alphabet people
~no crappy, pothole infested roads
~highways, other than the staged accidents, are clear, not overly congested
~plenty of chases, but nobody physically resists arrest

This was a late 70's depiction of California. WTF happened, 45 years later?
