Pain in the ASS Virous.....

I got this Virus since birth, a real PIA, extra vert in lo back, and of course uncle Aurthrongus.....and so having some of the pain return since my last ER for gout......fight it out over to see a local pain center.....
finally get an appointment......

went yesterday at 1215 for my 1pm appt.....sign in and all....

Drove the vette about 3 miles with top down ~85f weather, going slow through the burbs.....hat and glasses on.....park in shade finally, and walk through lot and long ramp to the office....and there are 3 guys with masks on who pull out a IR gun and measure my body temp 101.4 something.....they refuse entry, saying I have a fever......I said I do NOT have a fever not sick just arthritis.....so they scan again, and same shit, I forget to mention sunny ride with top down.....so ME, it's normal, never thought about it, untill wife mentioned it that evening.....

SO, I went back to the ER across the street, walked in and they too a probe in my mouth......97.8 something, I told them across the street the stupid pain center was 101.4 they retook the temp 97.8 so admitted and got my shot and tiney med cup and some water, and GREAT pain relief....

NOW, the pain center is going to try billing the VA for that....and I going to call ahead to stop the payment.....

the shit with the China virus is getting too much already.....

went pick up some scripts....no TP or clorox can't win.....

Go to the hardware store and get a gallon of denatured alcohol the hoaders have not figured that out yet. And a few sale papers and your good to go.

AND so the ongoing SAGA continues, I decline the purchase of Lidocain pads, for my lo back pains, as having used various OTC sprays/pads over the years, found them marginal......65 bux worth, so rejected the script.....

WIFE found out and asked me to get them for HER, seems helping her helpless mother around the house (age 90) and in a shutdown phase is getting physically painful for wife.....hurts her left arm, elbow from lifting mom outta the chairs, walkers, beds, bathroom things.....

So back to same store and get the script......and managed to find some baby wipes.....lovely.....
