Both are fantastic cars but I’d go every time with the Porsche. The C8 Z06’s downfall is weight. It continues to get heavier and heavier. Still a cool car. 😎

Slew, for your hip surgery, what procedure did you have done, anterior or posterior?
After consulting with my Brother-in-law MD, he recommended a surgeon that only did the newer anterior procedure 5 years ago.
Had the surgery on Thursday and on Saturday we went to a chili-fest and I was walking around w/o a walker or cane. I have read others who had the posterior procedure and their recovery was longer and more painful.

I don't want forced induction, I don't want any color other than black, and I only want a GT3 or GT3 RS. Each goes in a different class, but can both win their classes. The car you linked sucks for racing in general. Dear friend of mine had both a 2019 GT3 RS and a GT2 RS, and the turbo car kept failing and going into limp mode. I tracked the GT2 RS and the Ferrari Pista at Las Vegas Exotics Racing and I still prefer the Pista. Also, I'm not autocrossing a half million dollar car.

True racers need NA and handling.

Also, and most important, my budget is a max of $250k. I'm past the younger years where I'd just jump on a half million dollar car because I could swing it, but I'm much more practical now. $250k will leave my net monthly budget at a net $0 change. That's very important to me.
