I had a head-shot photo shoot today. Not my idea of fun. But explored some cool downtown buildings.

What is the head shot for? Upcoming Mrs. Oklahoma pageant? Running for office? I will vote for you in either.

I have been to all buildings downtown. There are some gems! Did you know the First City Place building actually has a spiral slide from the top floor to the first floor for emergency egress?

Have you ever been inside the First National Building? The bank lobby on the first floor is absolutely beautiful! It is like stepping into the 1930s.

I was thinking about you a few hours ago sweetheart!

The truth is, I was trying to clean up some stuff at the house today, and came to the conclusion that I think I have a sinus infection. Wife came home and wants me to do the "Doc in a box" thing in the morning to get some anti-bios, and of course, your personage popped into my head. But alas, I will have to follow the rules of my damn insurance company.

Sorry about that. I would have tipped in beer or wine too! Maybe some day we'll get this health care thing straightened out to the point where bartering booze for diagnosis and a prescription becomes main stream! If you ask me, it can't come soon enough!

That emergency egress is cool! Have been to many of the buildings, but this was the upper floor of Hatch at 10th and Broadway. Midtown Renassance. I drive past that every day when I go to the hospital, had no idea the Buick building was so awesome upstairs. Midtown/Aitomobile alley is REALLY cool.

Most people hate to hear htis, but antibioitcs are not recommended for sinuses unless > over 10 days, fever or blood/tooth pain.

Hit the saline rinses twice daily and take OTC Flonase spray. sudafed if congested, mucinex if lots of mucus and any antihistamine (allegra/benedryl etc) if watery nasal D/C, Tylenol or IBN for the pressure and inflammation if sinus HA, and my go to is peppermint essential oil in a pot of boiling water and breath that in.
