I would be willing to bet that he DOES NOT own the plane. I bet it is leased and the total lease cost is deductible in the year incurred on whatever corporate taxes he pays. If he owned it, it would have to be depreciated over time.

Trump doesn't own a lot of things that have the Trump name on it. Several businesses have paid Trump to use his name since it brings an expectation of class and luxury.

The company I worked for here in Dallas did the orignal custom interior in the 757 for Paul Allen almost 15 years ago. Allen actually had two 757's, that one for him and his family and the other was more austere for the Trail Blazers.

You can bet Trump didn't pay $100 Mil for it.

Yep, you'd be surprised at the opulence of some custom interiors in private/executive aircraft. An interior in a Boeing BBJ can go $25 mil or more.

How about the 33 million dollar wedding that took place between Kim (Fat Ass) Kardashian (sp) and the b-ball player. Nothing like in these economic times throwing a 33 million dollar party in the faces of a nation of a lot of unemployed, I guess that money wouldn't have been better served being given to a charity or something.

Think of how many businesses benefited from that wedding. Many, many hard working people made money on that wedding by not sitting around waiting for a handout.
