Smile Patience paid off yesterday
....on Memorial day.

Caught SQUIRREL red handed stealing from the cookie jar. Took around 150 pics, posting a few below.

Late afternoon I saw three squirrels playing in the neighbors yard and trees.
I snuck over and got a few shots. This was the best one.






So I filled up the bird feeder in my yard. A little later I saw one sneeking to my neighbor's yard, on the left! So again I grab my camera and stand inside at the front door.








Mom, There's a SQUIRREL in the yard!!!

Here he comes!!!











Playing peek-a-boo!








He was a male Squirrel. Look between his legs!

Nice butt shot! How far did you zoom in? Very clear shot!


I missed a great photo op yesterday. Squirrel was under the bird feeder eating sunflower seeds I spread on the ground. Lots of birds were fighting to get a spot at the feeder right above him. Blue Jays were hopping in & stealing roasted peanuts in the shells from around the squirrel.

I figured the squirrels would go for the peanuts in the shell first. Nope, sun flowers seed were on his menu!
