Didn't have a smoker until recently and all my birds are 20lbs or close to it. Nobody buys them so get cheap. I wanted to smoke this one but at 21 lbs too big to do safely they say.

I had a guy drive 4 hours each way to buy the Z06 replica wheels I had for sale. He bought them for a project with for his son's 16th birthday. 2 owner 81 4 speed with a wide body kit.

I got away from the cajun cooker fryer method and went to a rotisserie fryer. Definitely need a smaller bird, maybe 15lb max, and you need to truss it to stay as small as possible, but it only needs a couple gallons of peanut oil instead of the 4-5 in a big pot. Been doing this for about 5 years and it is definitely the way to go. The rest of the year, the fryer can be used as a deep fryer for whatever... chicken, fries, tempura.
