The curled one at the top is called Slim Jim. It’s a ready to eat piece. So good!
Think they must use cloves in the recipe but not sure exactly, the flavors are addicting!

If I lived on the East Coast I'd be 50 pounds heavier. Same with the Gulf Coast. The food is just too damn good. I can't think of a single German restaurant in CA anymore. You guys have the best Italian, German, Polish, and on and on. All we have out here is Vietnamese and Mexican food. Some Armenian, which is as good as Greek food and is delicious. But no stuff like what's pictured above.

I vacuum pack and sealed, Hotdogs in packs of two. The bacon is cut a bit on the thick side, in 5 piece packages. I’m the only one that eats pork, so not to make waste….

The world's best, IMNSHO Weisswurst can be found at a small place, Café Stephan's Cathedral, right next to the Domplatz in Passau. You can also get the locally brewed Weissbier to go with it. When the church let's out on Sunday, don't be between there and the cafe.
