While it sucks that the Blue Angels/Thunderbirds/Golden Knights etc may have to cut back in Congress doesn't get its act together, in the big picture of military spending they should be one of the first items to go.

Someone pointed out that these groups are primarily a recruiting tool. Well, as it sits right now the military is cutting back. The AF alone has 6K+ people waiting to get in and I just learned we have to cut 3K+ this fiscal year.

Yes it sucks and it makes for good news, but I would rather see the Blue Angels grounded than the actual mission of the military get cut back.

That being said, military spending should be the last place we cut. The US is cutting back while our adversaries are gearing up

PROGRESSIVE agenda.....destroy America.....spend less on .mil that turns over some 7.5X in the economy, and spend more on useless people that turn over 1.5X in the economy,.....which is a better investment???

After I rolled in on Courtney Forces jet to final check it Ashley hopped in, pregnant belly and giant camera in hand. Super cool to see folks like that go nuts over these Blue jets.

Ok, now that the jets have been more or less grounded, what do the folks do. They have xxx amount of people just showing up to their respective shops and doing what? I suppose internet surfing, Xbox/PS3 games, OFO will be the theme. The politicians that grounded them didn't think that much ahead I suppose. Or maybe in reality really don't GAF. They just want the grand standing.
